How we work
It's three simple phases:
Introduction
A **FREE** 30-60 minute chat to understand you, your team, your Business and your current data challenges.
We prefer in-person but remote is ok too.
Pricing: No cost and no commitment.
Getting to know you
A chance to work more closely with your Team for a day or so, giving us the chance to see what the data looks like, what systems are used and get anecdotal experience of the challenges the Team face and what they would like to achieve.
Pricing: Offered at a discounted rate
Subsequent to the meeting we will provide you with a summary report discussing what we have observed and a proposal about what we could do next to help you.
Do the work
Based on the proposal from "getting to know you", we will agree what work to do, which might be some ad-hoc support now and again, a specific block of training or support, or perhaps a more significant project.
Pricing: Cost is based broadly on a day rate, but for more significant blocks of work a discount can be agreed.
